Born in the Bay Area and raised in Las Vegas, Chef Cedric Gayon with a palate rooted in the bold, umami flavors of Filipino cuisine.
Bringing over 16 years of experience from Michelin and award-winning kitchens in Las Vegas and NYC. Starting his company Five Tastes in 2023 to translate his knowledge into a more personal, intentional style of dining. Each experience is shaped through creativity, connection, and attention to detail.
Style is hyper seasonal and contemporary at its core, marrying fine-dining technique with the bold, nuanced flavors of his Asian roots, to express a distinctly modern American point of view. Excited to bring that passion and creativity to Heated Sourdough Cafe to a collaborative pop up this summer.
