MARCH 26th: Make Your Own Espresso Set

With the help of Susan Palmer from A Maker’s Circle art studio in Pottersville, you will learn the art of hand-building as you make your own espresso cups from clay. Susan will give an overview of different cup forms and ways to form handles. Once constructed,  you can decorate your pieces with colored underglazes.  Pieces will be ready for pickup 2 weeks after the event.

APRIL 2nd: Binding a Recipe Journal

This workshop is guided by Marilyn Sanchez, a Paraguayan-American artist, bookbinder, and natural dyer based in New Jersey. Through her practice, Oîma, Marilyn blends cultural inspiration, slow craft, and storytelling to create meaningful handmade books and immersive creative experiences.

This collaborative workshop blends the warmth of seasonal cooking with the tactile beauty of bookbinding. Hosted inside a welcoming restaurant setting, participants will craft a handmade recipe book using traditional binding techniques and thoughtfully selected materials.

Inspired by seasonality, shared meals, and cultural food traditions, this workshop creates space for connection, creativity, and storytelling. Each participant leaves with a one-of-a-kind recipe book — a functional keepsake meant to grow alongside their kitchen rituals.

For a night, a guest chef creates a one-time, curated menu built around their culinary perspective. Thoughtfully incorporating our signature sourdough in unique and unexpected ways. Guests may order individual dishes à la carte or choose the full small tasting menu at a special bundled price to experience the evening as intended.

We feature rotating mocktails to complement your meal.

These nights are designed to feel warm, communal, and elevated yet relaxed. Emphasizing the space to gather, taste something new, and linger a little longer.
