Chef takeover by Berke Gold

Berke Gold is a food writer and cook from Mexico City. He was a member of Sexto Colectivo with whom he founded the research based restaurant Coyota. Before helming his own restaurant he cooked at Michelin starred Pangea in Monterrey, baked at BreAd and made chocolate for La Casa Trópical. He currently has the itinerant south asian cuisine project Charulata in Mexico City.

This menú will be an homage to the Guadalupano Jews of Mexico. To the ebb and flow of influences that come with diaspora and migration. A simple yet flavorful hug of a Friday night meal shared amongst family, friends or even strangers. A toast and a piece of toast that give true meaning to the idea of "breaking bread together".
