We’re open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7am-2pm and Saturday/Sunday 8am-3pm!

You’ll find us at 10 Lackawanna Ave., Gladstone, NJ 07934 right up the street from Liberty Park.

What is Heated?

Heated is an enchanting sourdough breadshop café inspired by the New Jersey countryside. We offer artisan sourdough breads, a curated picnic-style menu, and cozy pantry goods. All crafted with inclusivity, sustainability, and community in mind.

What kind of coffee do you serve?

We’re proud to feature a specialty coffee program with beans roasted by Valor, our incredible partners based in Atlanta. Our menu will include expertly crafted espresso drinks, batched coffee, and seasonal specials that pair perfectly with our sourdough offerings.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes! While we celebrate sourdough, we also offer dairy-free and plant-based options without compromising on flavor. All of our baked goods are vegan, including our cheddar jalapeño bagel. We use vegan ingredients that are free from nuts and soy, allowing us to stay mindful of a range of dietary needs while keeping everything just as satisfying.

Do you have gluten-free options?

Our gluten-friendly offerings are made with an in-house gluten-free sourdough starter and certified gluten-free ingredients. Because our kitchen also works with gluten, there is a risk of airborne cross-contamination, so we encourage you to consume at your own discretion! We do our best to provide a thoughtful, consistent experience, with our gluten-friendly baguettes available fresh each day starting at 11 a.m.

Yes! Our Heated merch, apparel and accessories inspired by our café is available in-store.

Pet Policy?

Dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area, but due to health department regulations, they are not allowed inside with the exception of service animals. Guests with dogs may wait inside while ordering, and we’re happy to bring your drinks/food out to you and your pup.
