How can I buy your bread before the café opens?

We’re so glad you’re eager to try our sourdough! Keep an eye out for our pop-up events around the area—updates will be shared on our Instagram and through our newsletter. You can also book a custom grazing table or private event to enjoy our breads before our storefront opens.

You’ll find us at 10 Lackawanna Ave., Gladstone, NJ 07934 right up the street from Liberty Park.

What is Heated?

Heated is an enchanting sourdough breadshop café inspired by the New Jersey countryside. We offer artisan sourdough breads, a curated picnic-style menu, and cozy pantry goods—all crafted with inclusivity, sustainability, and community in mind.

Will you have gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes! While we celebrate sourdough, we also offer select gluten-free, dairy-free, and plant-based options without compromising on flavor or inclusivity.

What kind of coffee will you serve?

We’re proud to feature a specialty coffee program with beans roasted by Valor, our incredible partners based in Atlanta. Our menu will include expertly crafted espresso drinks, batched coffee, and seasonal specials that pair perfectly with our sourdough offerings.

Will you sell merchandise?

Yes! Our Heated merch—apparel and accessories inspired by our café—will be available in-store.

Do you offer special orders or catering?

Absolutely! We offer customized grazing tables and special-order sourdough loaves for events or gatherings, as well as catering options for intimate parties, corporate events, and celebrations.
